Notice of Rights Under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973

As a recipient of federal financial assistance, Affordable Homes of South Texas, Inc. complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability.
